Inside MegaStonkz.

The launch, the fees, and every payout in between.

How MegaStonkz works

MegaStonkz launches coins on StonkFun. Every coin is paired with a tokenized stock, SOL or any other token StonkFun supports, and collected creator fees are paid to eligible people holding the coin. A coin can pay its holders in SOL, or in up to 50 stocks chosen at launch.

Launching

1

Pick the pair

The coin trades against this token on its own LaunchLab curve. Any pair StonkFun launches against can be used.

2

Pick what the holders are paid in

SOL by default, or one to 50 of the tokens StonkFun supports. This list is fixed at launch.

3

Set the dev buy and sign one payment

Between 0.1 and 10 SOL. The pool is created and your coin is bought in the same transaction, straight into your wallet. On top of the dev buy you pay the rent for the accounts the launch creates and the network fees.

The coin is launched from the MegaStonkz launch wallet with StonkFun's platform configuration, so StonkFun lists it like any other compatible coin. Payment, launch, and delivery status are recorded separately. If the launch fails before a coin is created, the service waits for transaction finality, recovers the unused funds, and refunds the original payment. The operator covers any shortfall from launch costs. A landed launch or an uncertain transaction goes to recovery review instead of risking both a launch and a refund. Refunds require service funds and working swap routes; they may not be immediate. Do not pay again: return to the launch page and check your previous order.

Fees

Each MegaStonkz coin has its own creator wallet. Creator fees may be forwarded by StonkFun or collected from the LaunchLab creator vault. Every five minutes, the service checks for fees and converts the pair token into SOL when needed. Launch reserves are kept separate from the payout budget. Swap and collection costs reduce the available balance; this service takes no additional percentage fee. The coin page records collections and confirmed payouts.

Payouts to the holders

Each coin gets a payout round every five minutes, right after its fees are collected, as long as at least 0.01 SOL has built up for its holders. The holders are read from the chain at that moment: every ordinary wallet holding at least 0.1 percent of the supply counts, pool vaults and the platform's own accounts do not. Each holder gets a share by how much of the coin they hold. Shares below 0.0001 SOL are dropped and redistributed.

If the coin pays in SOL, the shares are sent as SOL. If the coin has a list of stocks, each round is paid in one of them: the first round buys the first stock on the list and sends it to the holders, the next round the second, and so on through the list and back to the start. A coin with 50 stocks has paid in all 50 after 50 rounds. The stock is bought through Raydium's Trade API and each holder's part is sent to their token account. Each holder's new token-account rent and payout network costs are deducted from that holder's own share. Existing token accounts do not incur new rent. If a share cannot cover its costs, the round waits for more fees to accumulate. Token issuers may also apply transfer fees. If a route is unavailable, the round waits; it never substitutes a different stock. Confirmed transfers are not paid twice.

Nobody claims anything or signs for a payout. Payouts require an active, funded service and an available swap route. Eligibility is checked at the start of each round; the snapshot remains fixed while that round is delivered.

What is fixed and what is not

  • The pair, the payout list, the name, the ticker and the image are permanent.
  • The holders change with every trade. Each round pays whoever holds the coin at that moment.
